Snapgo connects users for shared travel. We do not own or operate vehicles. All ride arrangements are made between users at their own risk.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Snapgo is not responsible for payment disputes between users.

6. Safety

Users must follow all safety guidelines and report any concerns immediately. Snapgo may suspend or ban accounts for violations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonation or false information
• Unsafe driving or endangering others
• Violation of local laws

8. Termination

Snapgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Snapgo is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to accidents, disputes, or data loss.
