How can I become a verified driver?
To become a verified driver, you'll need to submit your driving license, vehicle registration, and insurance documents through our app. Our team will review and verify your documents within 24-48 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets including Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
How do I cancel a ride booking?
You can cancel your ride booking through the app up to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made within 30 minutes may incur a small cancellation fee.
